American Airlines - PRTE Sponsorship.

Once again, American Airlines has joined the PRTC in sponsoring and making available to all qualified Travel Agents a special round trip airfare from the USA, Canada, Central America and Europe to Puerto Rico to participate in our Puerto Rico Travel Expert Certification and Specialization trips.

As in past years, the procedure for obtaining the electronic ticketing will be handled by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Educational Programs Division, based in New York City, New York.

CANCELLATION POLICY
LAND SEGMENT

The Puerto Rico Tourism Company will confirm the travel agent's participation and reserves the right to cancel any PRTE program or specialty course trip, if the required minimum of 20 agents is not reached. Land segment fee will be credited to agent towards next available trip.

Air Ticket

Any cancellation or change to original itinerary must be done at least 31 days prior to original departure otherwise agent will be reponsible for any penalties/fees levied by the sponsoring airline. Air ticket and ticket counter fee are non refundable. Please note: West Coast agents must notify cancellations no later than 4:30 pm eastern standard time to this office by email or fax.
